Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Printfinitely purchase! Returns of eligible, non-personalized items are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Because every item is made especially for your order, personalized products and items customized with a name, photo, or other customer-provided details are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Orders enter production quickly. Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible and cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
